Let’s end Passover with our Sephardic Rabbi Gadi and his family with this fun, inspirational and delicious Sephardic tradition.

Mimouna is a celebration of belief in the coming redemption. The word Mimouna can be broken down into two words “mimoun ana” meaning “I believe”.  The Mimouna is utilized to express and bolster one’s fervent belief that despite the coming and going of Pesach without our long anticipated return to Jerusalem, we still believe in imminent redemption.
