Join us for Shabbat, the centerpiece of Jewish life. A time to rest, celebrate and rejuvenate with family, friends and community. Experience the warmth and tradition weekly at L’Chaim Center. Newcomers are ALWAYS welcome.
Weekly Schedule
FRIDAY NIGHT: The pre-Shabbat celebration starts with traditional cholent, kugel and conversation an hour before sundown, when our services begin. Make a L’Chaim and welcome the Sabbath with Kabbalat Shabbat, a traditional service filled with song and much joy.
FRIDAY EVENING SCHEDULE:
- 6:00 pm Pregame L’Chaims and Cholent
- 6:40 pm Kabbalat Shabbat
SATURDAY: Traditional Shabbat services begin at 9:15am and includes an optional class Parsha Pearls with Eve on the weekly Torah portion that anchors your week ahead. Kiddush follows at around 11:30am and it is full of good food and intelligent conversation with a welcoming community.
SHABBAT MORNING SCHEDULE:
- 9:15 am Shabbat Services led by Rabbi Gadi
- 10:45 am Parsha Pearls – An optional class with Eve
- 11:30 am Kiddush
