Chava is a Northbrook girl born & bred. After graduating from University of Illinois, Chava picked up and traveled to L.A., Colorado, Jerusalem & New York finally “finding her place” when she married a man who lived in her hometown and life came full circle. Back in Northbrook she is raising her son and daughter. Chava loves teaching and has a M.S. Ed. in General and Special Education from Bank Street College of Education. She fulfills her life purpose in working with students of all ages. Chava is just as fascinated and engaged as her students when together they are learning, growing and developing a deeper understanding of how the gift of Judaism enhances our lives.
