3:00 PM - 4:30 PML'Chaim CenterSOUND BATH WITH ELIZABETH LIDOV Sunday, April 14th 3:00pm L'Chaim Center Declutter your mind through the power of sound A sound bath is a unique therapeutic and meditative experience. Your mind and body will “bathe” in sound waves and vibrations that will create a rejuvenating journey that will deeply connect you to your emotions. You can expect to be led through a guided meditation to release any tensions, racing thoughts or worry as you transcend and put your mind into a meditative and relaxed state. You will leave class feeling a calmness within your mind, body, and soul. What to bring: comfy-loose clothing, socks, yoga mat or sleeping bag to lay on, a blanket, pillow, eye mask and anything else that will provide you with a restorative experience - as you will be lying still for an hour in a sleep-like trance.
